The facilities do not feel amazingly fancy, but both the manager and the director were very kind. They mainly use silicone, septal cartilage, donated rib cartilage, and autologous costal cartilage, and we talked about many different surgeries, including alar reduction, osteotomy (they said they would grind the bone), and the nasal tip. The cost was more reasonable than I expected, and if I were to have surgery, I think this would be a good place to do it. I think the aftercare would also be thorough, and it does not seem like a factory-style clinic, which I liked. If septal cartilage is used, donated rib cartilage may also be needed, so autologous costal cartilage seems better?
