The consultation was long, and the consultation space was spacious and comfortable... There was a surgery I didn't want to do, and the director reassured me that if I didn't do it, I wouldn't get the nose shape I wanted, so he recommended it. But later, after the director left, when it was time to get the estimate, the staff asked whether I wanted to exclude the procedure I didn't like from the quote or include it as recommended. There was no real pressure, and the manager was kind too... I also added a consultation for eyelid surgery since I was already lying down, but I'm not sure how it will turn out
