I was stressed about having a masculine forehead, and while I was looking into getting only the forehead done, after the consultation I changed to full-face fat grafting. It is the surgery I have been most satisfied with, but if you put in 100% of the fat, it feels like only about 5% remains, which is a bit disappointing. Still, on the second session the doctor pinpointed exactly the areas that needed more filling and filled them well. Honestly, right now there is not a huge before-and-after difference, just a subtle difference that you can notice if you look closely. The clinic managers were also not exactly super kind
