I arrived earlier than my consultation time, but I did not wait long. After filling out the chart and getting a CT scan, while waiting the manager asked me simple questions first and then I consulted with the doctor. It was just plain and simple, and they immediately took a photo of my nose with a tablet and explained it while drawing on it. It was not bad, and I talked with the manager, but the manager was not proactive either and somehow gave off the feeling of 'if you're going to do it, do it; if not, then don't.'
