In many hospitals, the manager does most of the explanation and the director only appears briefly on the day of the procedure, but here the director personally checked my facial lines from the very beginning, which surprised me a bit. I originally went thinking about Thermage, but after looking at my skin they said it was thick and the sagging was concentrated lower down, so for lifting, Ulthera was the better fit, and they said it plainly. There was no sense that they were trying to force an expensive option on me, and that was the best
