It was my first surgery so I didn't know much and was worried, but both the doctor and the manager were very kind and gave me a comfortable consultation without any excessive pushing. The doctor personally shaped my eyes several times and recommended the line that suited me best and looked the most natural. I liked that they explained in an easy-to-understand way why this surgery was needed and how my feelings would change after surgery. The hospital facilities are also clean, and the manager doesn't have that salesy feel
