After under-eye fat repositioning, the area under my eyes really did become flat.. As a bonus, the cute under-eye puffiness disappeared too. Because I didn't have much under-eye fat, when I asked whether there would really be no side effects, the doctor was confident, but the result made my eyes feel somewhat sunken and changed my eye shape, and even now, 8 months later, I'm still struggling with it. The doctor absolutely refuses to admit anything went wrong and says vaguely that there is no meaningful change in the eye shape or any sunken appearance.
