I can clearly see the patients waiting up front, so I don’t know why the desk staff are laughing at people over phone calls, getting annoyed, swearing, and throwing the phone down when they hang up. The problem here isn’t the director’s skill; they need to replace the desk staff first. I went to three clinics, and because this was a revision of a revision, the director was almost the only one who said let’s go 100 percent with safety rather than aesthetics. Inflamed nose correction
