Among the many places I consulted, this was the only one that recommended adding donated dermis over silicone, and it was also the first place that mentioned asymmetry. Because the face itself is slightly tilted, with the left or right side being more lifted, they said that even if I had nose surgery, the asymmetry would not be fully corrected. Recommended surgical methods (materials and incision method): for the tip, autologous costal cartilage or donated rib cartilage + ear cartilage for coverage; for the column, autologous costal cartilage (the doctor's recommendation) or donated rib cartilage + septum. For the bridge, they recommended adding donated dermis over silicone. Overall, they recommended good materials like donated rib cartilage or donated dermis. The doctor was friendly during the consultation and told me to ask as many questions as possible, saying I had come a long way after making an appointment so I should say everything I was curious about. I liked that very much. What I was disappointed by, though, was that since it was a one-doctor clinic, there was no separate aftercare, and in the case of a bulbous nose, scar tissue tends to last a bit longer, so they said they would give scar tissue injections for free. In the end, the shape of nose the doctor makes wasn't my style, so I just had a pleasant consultation and left.
