This was my consultation for a 4th revision surgery. It is not contracture, but my nose is not an easy one. I wanted the columella that had curled inward to be pulled out, but they showed me a photo edit that made it look a bit like a pig nose... so our aesthetic preferences were a little different. Still, they are so famous and are rumored to be good at surgery, so I went to consult, but compared with my expectations it was a little disappointing. I recommend them to people who want a round nasal tip and a very rounded columella! The surgeon seems blunt? At the consultation there were so many patients and they looked very busy, so I regret that I could not ask many questions.. I think if I had gone there for my first surgery, I would have graduated..
