Overall, it was a satisfying experience from consultation to surgery. I had a square jaw surgery, and during the first consultation, the doctor carefully looked at my face shape and explained the direction that suited my face rather than making excessive recommendations, which made me trust him. I asked a lot of questions, and he answered each one calmly, so the consultation atmosphere was comfortable and I could decide without pressure. The pre-op instructions were also explained in detail, so there was not much to worry about during the preparation process, and the staff were generally kind, which I appreciated. The hospital atmosphere was also neat and well organized, so I felt comfortable every time I visited. On the day of surgery I was very nervous, but the staff kept checking whether I was okay and treated me kindly, which eased my mind a lot. The recovery process is not completely over yet, but so far I am recovering well without any major problems, and overall I am satisfied with my choice of hospital. If you are considering square jaw surgery, I think this is a place worth getting a consultation at.
