I previously had nostril reduction surgery. My nose is a bulbous nose, and before that I spent a lot of time looking into it and worrying about it. About 10 years ago from now, I had my nostrils reduced, and in the end I was very satisfied, and even now there is no visible sign of it at all and I am extremely happy with it. I also remember having the middle of the nose pinched. So I recommended it to my cousin too, and my cousin's surgery also went well
