Even if you do not know much about plastic surgery, you can tell this is a factory-style system! The entire building is this hospital, and it feels like there are lots of doctors and lots of staff. The manager was kind during the consultation, but it is obvious they use stylish young women who are interested in plastic surgery but have no professional knowledge as consultation managers, and naturally there is no consultation with the director... Just by browsing the web a little, I think this would probably be on the list of hospitals to avoid.
