I went in for a consultation, but the director was not there, so I had the consultation with the manager. They gave the basic explanation and analyzed the condition of my eyes in detail. But whenever I asked a question, instead of getting a direct answer, they often brushed it off with something like, "The director needs to see it to know for sure," so I felt shortchanged on information. The atmosphere itself was fine, but it did not feel as professional as I had hoped, and in the end, any important decision still requires a separate consultation with the director.
