I had double eyelid surgery 5 years ago and it's almost come undone now. I think it's because I rub my eyes a lot, but even so, I'd say it has held up pretty well. They did a good job opening the inner corners, so I've still been satisfied all this time. Now the line has dropped a lot, so I'm planning to get a revision.
