I was really, really, x2000 worried about scarring, but I’m so satisfied. If you have a big, wide nose, I really recommend it......... My nose before surgery was the Winter-type nose, and when I first had surgery at another hospital, they didn’t touch the nostrils at all. Friends I hadn’t seen in a while didn’t recognize me after the surgery. Even friends I hadn’t seen that long didn’t recognize me It might be just a tiny difference that only I can tell. The doctor was incredibly thorough, and I’m so satisfied that I want to bow toward the clinic..... I don’t know why I didn’t do it sooner. For people with big nostrils, the satisfaction is higher than the scar concern, so I hope you do it without worrying. Scars can be hidden with makeup
