First of all, they had 20 years without an accident, so I felt like they wouldn't mess up my nose during surgery. It wasn't a major operation, so I had it done under local anesthesia. I like a natural look, so I asked them to keep the scar as minimal as possible and not make my nostrils end up looking like a woven pot, and asked for it to be done naturally. From the first day after surgery, the swelling wasn't too bad, so I really liked that. It's been a month now, and the major swelling seems to have mostly gone down. There is a scar, but it's hidden below...
