For my first surgery, I had a buried suture, and the line loosened, so I looked into clinics that mainly do clean incisional lines. I told them I wanted an elegant in-out look rather than something too natural, and they drew the line to match that. I have an epicanthic fold, so I don't know how the result will turn out, but for now there isn't anything major bothering me, so I'm thinking of doing it here.
