I went in for a consultation because I was planning to get epicanthoplasty and eye correction surgery. They said I have some upper eyelid drooping, so it would be good to lift it by about 1 to 2 mm. They also advised that when widening the Mongolian fold, the axis of the eye is important. They said if you widen it without rotating the axis, the front Mongolian line will just remain there, so if you want to rotate the axis a bit, you also have to open the front and upper parts, which made me think they were very professional and I liked that. I also liked that they personally drew the line for me. But the case photos I looked up were not that appealing to me, so I am thinking about what to do now. Still, I really liked the consultation itself.
