There were so many people that the staff looked completely swamped. Even though I went at my appointment time, the wait was quite long. I almost fell asleep in the consultation room, honestly T_T. I hope they can improve the system a bit in that area. I'm worried that the next time I come, I'll have to wait a long time again. Still, both the manager and the doctor calmly explained only what was necessary without pushing anything too hard, so
