I went for a consultation 3 years ago. Osteotomy is meaningless. The nasal bridge will be raised 2 mm with silicone, and the nasal tip will be lowered with ear cartilage. The columella will also be lowered. Then the nose will look shorter. Right now the tip is dropped and the bridge is low, so the nose looks long. A pretty nose from natural features does not have a turned-up tip. Pursue a straight nose. Might use mesh too. 850 plus 10% VAT, 935. The manager's personality is strange. When you ask a question, she gives an expression and look as if the question itself is ridiculous.
