I had my nasal septum organized inside the nose, and the tip was done with donated rib cartilage and ear cartilage. After the surgery, I had a splint and tape on my nose, and for the first few days there was some swelling, so my face was puffy. The bruising moved down under my eyes a bit, but after about a week it was almost gone, and as time passed the tip of the nose gradually started to look more natural. When I touch it, it doesn't feel hard, but like my own flesh. Overall, I think I made a good choice.
