My shoulders were rounded forward, so my shoulder line wasn't pretty, and I also had pain bad enough to interfere with daily life. I got medicine prescribed at pain medicine clinic and tried physical therapy and manual therapy as well, but the effects only lasted while I was receiving treatment, and afterward things would just go back to the way they were. Then I happened to see reviews about trapezius muscle reduction surgery, and there were many cases where people with the same kind of problem as mine improved a lot.
