It seems like correction for a bulbous nose is a more difficult surgical method than I thought. Cartilage binding + hump reduction + arrow nose correction + Nosejel nose + columella reduction + thread removal. I did cartilage binding for the bulbous nose correction, but it doesn't feel like much has changed from before? The tip of the nose, more than I expected, I wanted it lifted elegantly, but instead it just feels natural. The hump is still visibly better though. I honestly can't tell about the columella reduction.. did it happen? It really makes me think a little.
