I went in for a consultation about rhinoplasty. First of all, the staff were incredibly kind. The clinic was also huge, so I moved around by elevator. More than anything, because they had a CT scan, I could see how much the septum was actually bent. As for the downside, the director seemed to think about the direction I wanted less than about pursuing an ideal nose shape.. They kept recommending donated costal cartilage, but at other clinics I was told they don't use donated cartilage for a first surgery.. They seemed skilled, but after seeing them get angry at my questions.. I decided to go to another clinic
