I only went for a consultation about revision rhinoplasty. As soon as I went in, they touched my nose and said if they handled it wrong, it could get even worse, so I was momentarily panicked.. They explained one by one why my nose ended up like this, and said that rather than greedily trying to raise it, making a natural nose by lowering it and shaping the line would actually be the prettiest nose for me.
