I had nose surgery here twice, and in the second surgery I raised the tip a lot because I got greedy and wanted a higher tip. At first I thought it would settle down because of the swelling, but even as time passed the nose kept looking more and more lifted, and from the front my nostrils were very visible, so the feeling became much stronger that it looked less like so-called a crooked nose and more like a snub nose (nostril exposure).
