Hmm, unlike other places, this was the only one that said to replace only the bridge silicone and keep the existing septum at the tip, then add only ear cartilage to the tip to recreate the shape But when I had a CT at another place, the thing they had put in the tip, whether it was the septum or whatever, was bent and inserted inside.. I was a little suspicious that they maybe did not catch that and wanted to use it as is.... Still, from a surgical standpoint, it seems like they know the most about what to do, but I do not think there will be much change from my current appearance... pass..
