Three years ago, when the head surgeon was still here, I had revision rhinoplasty done, and now I am going around specialty clinics for removal because of contracture + a crooked columella + visible cartilage. At the time, I recently contacted the consultant in charge and asked several times whether septal cartilage had been used, and she was confident that it had not been used according to the surgery chart then, but through consultations at several hospitals I learned that septal cartilage had in fact been harvested and used in the nasal tip, so after removal surgery I plan to make photo evidence and contact them again
