I had a reservation at 3 PM on a weekday, but maybe because it was a busy day, I waited about 30 to 40 minutes before going in for the consultation. There was no excessive pushing of procedures, and when I mentioned the area I was worried about, they focused the consultation on that. After that I paid and got the procedure done. Since it was a simple procedure, they didn't apply numbing cream. I held an ice roller on my face, and about 5 minutes later the doctor came in and did the procedure.
