The combination of the director’s overwhelming charisma and the super kind manager was great. I went late, so there weren’t any patients waiting, and the director had plenty of time for a long consultation. Since I said touch was important, they recommended Mentor, and I thought they might push Motiva because the doctor is a Motiva key doctor, but there was none of that, which I liked. The manager woman was very kind, and that left a strong impression. Even now, I think she was much more professional and better than managers at other hospitals.
