I only consulted with the manager, not the doctor. From other reviews, it seems some people had kind staff, but maybe I got unlucky because I talked to the stereotypical pushy plastic surgery manager type. They strongly pushed their own aesthetic preferences, which I didn't trust very much, and they kept reacting in a way that felt like they really hated what I said, so I felt awful.
