As soon as I entered the hospital, the staff were lined up in a very long row and I got a somewhat factory-like feeling. The doctor consultation was very short and I mostly talked with the staff member. The waiting time was also long, and even with a reservation I had to wait a long time. I can understand because there were so many people, but I still had to wait several tens of minutes.
