I went to four clinics in Gangnam because my dark circles were severe. At three of them, they said that with my current eyes, lower blepharoplasty alone would not be enough and that fat repositioning was the only way to get the look I wanted. Here, they said lower blepharoplasty alone would be enough to brighten my face. In the end, the three clinics were right. I did not have enough fat under my eyes, so it actually made the dark circles worse. Still, the fact that the folded fat was making two lines in my aegyo-sal when I smiled disappeared because they smoothed it out with the fat is a plus.
