I went knowing it was a factory-style hospital and that it was cheap. It really is cheap, and it's the cheapest in Suwon. It's good if you don't have a consultation The wait is way too long. At least parking is available, which is nice, but parking isn't very plentiful. And the reception desk is just so-so. But I don't even want kindness that much... There are too many people. If you're looking for something cheap and simple, I recommend it.
