I went after watching YouTube, but I was surprised because the actual experience felt different from the video lol. Rather than being especially kind, they treated me just like patient number 1 for lip filler. Honestly, if I am satisfied with the result, that is all that matters, so I was fine with it, and it did not feel unpleasant. I showed them a photo of the lip shape I wanted, but it did not really help. I strongly emphasized that I wanted it as natural as possible.
