I was told when booking that the consultation would take 1 hour. There is a consultation fee of 10,000 won (and it gets added even if you just consult with the staff member, not the doctor). When I arrived, they put nipple patches on me and the staff member first said how much would be removed and how it would turn out, maybe for 5 to 10 minutes? Of course the price was higher than what I saw in the app, and it wasn't even a same-day booking, but they said if I did same-day surgery they would match the price I wanted. I said it was my first consultation today and I wanted to look at other places too. - They said all other places would probably be similar, so I'd likely choose the cheapest one. If I did it here, I'd definitely be satisfied. Even when I politely said no, they kept pushing, so I said I wouldn't do same-day surgery even if the price went up. Then they were just going to hand me a business card and send me off, so I asked, "Isn't there a doctor consultation?" and they said I would have to wait 40 minutes because the doctor was in surgery.. I said I couldn't wait that long because I had another appointment, and when I asked what would happen to the consultation fee, they said the fee was for the consultation with the staff member alone... h And they blamed me for not choosing a specific doctor~! I said I had been told by phone that the ultrasound consultation fee was 10,000 won, and they said it would probably only be written as a consultation fee in the text message, so I accepted that, lol Isn't it a bit much to take 10,000 won when I couldn't even get a doctor consultation? Other hospitals tell you to come back for a doctor consultation later if you have time after the other consultations. Who would want to do that? There are many other hospitals. If you're going to charge a consultation fee just for talking to the staff member, at least show before-and-after photos of cases similar to mine. The consultation about my body took less than 10 minutes, and the rest was same-day surgery pressure and hospital boasting... A 10,000 won consultation fee? Even 3,000 won would feel wasteful.
