I had surgery in 2020, and with a first-time epicanthoplasty, eye correction, and incisional double-eyelid surgery, the sausage-like look and asymmetry improved. The scar from the inner eye corner surgery is a little visible, but it made the severe scar from the upper canthoplasty done at the previous clinic less noticeable. The previous clinic seemed to have no aesthetic sense because my eyes were short and cramped, but here they seem to have an aesthetic sense. They said that if I didn't do the inner eye corner surgery again, it would keep looking cramped, so I had it done, and I think it was the right choice.
