The director was really like a professor. I went there not knowing much about nose-related info, but they explained everything well. During the surgery, they even inserted the silicone themselves and confirmed through the guardian how many millimeters to put in, and they also took a plaster cast, so it definitely seemed like they were making the patient feel at ease. But right now I'm in the middle of preparing to move, and there is literally no way to contact them, to the point that I want to slash all the stars ^^
