Overall, the hospital is large, and first of all there was an anesthesiologist on staff, so the surgery was done under general anesthesia, which alone was reassuring. The consultation director was also kind, but during post-op care I saw a nursing assistant who seemed to be a superior yelling at a new staff member, and it was so, so awkward... doing that in front of all the patients was not great... I had done a functional nose surgery together with cosmetic surgery after researching a lot, so I’m fairly satisfied with the surgery itself, but that part felt uncomfortable.
