I went for a consultation because the scar and wrinkles from my philtrum reduction were severe. I had philtrum reduction 11 years ago, but as I got older, an S-shaped wrinkle started to form. A revision surgery is possible, but my philtrum is already somewhat short, so they said surgery would make it even shorter. Still, they were pushing in favor of doing it, but I didn't have the surgery because I was worried it would ruin my facial proportions.
