I only had a consultation a few years ago. The manager was so unfriendly that my thoughts about surgery vanished, and after that the consultation with the director was just so-so.. They weren't especially kind or especially unfriendly. I went in for a nose consultation, and the manager said the nose wasn't the problem.. that fat grafting should come first.. But why were they so angry about it, honestly.. I still don't feel great about it.
