The staff were kind. It seemed like there were many Chinese customers. They applied the anesthetic cream well and did not leave me unattended. It was my first time getting lip filler, and before the procedure the assistant doctor asked what shape I wanted or what parts I was worried about. When I explained the area I was concerned about, they told me why that area was like that, and I trusted them because they seemed professional.
