I went for a consultation about a bulbous nose. Rather than just being kind, I felt a strong sense of professionalism... but the methods they suggested were a bit too many. They said to do the tip, the bridge, and even osteotomy... and for nostril reduction, they said to do other things first and only do that later if it was still lacking. When I said I was resistant to putting silicone in the bridge and asked if we could just do the nostrils, they said that then it would not look pretty... The consultation manager in particular was very blunt, and said that if that was the case, it would be better not to do it. The cost was around the middle-to-upper range among the places I have been to.
