I liked that they objectively looked at my face with CT and photos and told me what areas should be improved, what would be good to do, and what would be better not to do. But sometimes when I watch the videos, I feel like the answers are a bit vague, so that part is a little disappointing. Sometimes they answer clearly, but when they answer a bit vaguely, I can't tell whether they're telling me to do it or not. Other than that
