I paid even though it was expensive because they are said to be the best craftsman. The staff kindness is kind of in-between, like neither especially kind nor rude... not the kind where they are super friendly like at other clinics. The friendliness of the front desk and managers is really ambiguous... Feedback to the doctor or communication with the doctor after the procedure is not very good either.
