I went for a consultation about temporal lift surgery. They specialize in lifting, and the doctor graduated from Seoul National University, so I had high expectations. The doctor was kind and made me feel comfortable, and gave an honest consultation based on my needs as much as possible, but somehow I still did not feel convinced. But the female manager here with the short hair spoke in a really unpleasant way, her facial expression twisted, and it made me so angry that I honestly wanted to tell the director that this staff member seemed like she would drive patients away. I do not usually do this, but out of all the consultations I have been to, this was truly the most unpleasant. I hope the director reads this post.
