It’s been a few months since my nose surgery. During the consultation, the surgeon emphasized a natural result and used a non-open approach, so it did gain some natural volume. Since I have a bulbous nose, there wasn’t as much change as I had hoped. I do slightly regret not doing it with autologous costal cartilage. I chose this clinic because the doctor is the kind of person who tells you when something can’t be done, and that gave me a lot of trust. The facility looks a little old, but it feels like a neighborhood dental clinic, which is comforting. My first impression of the doctor was that he seemed cold, but he seems to have a bit of a funny side. After the surgery, he felt softer than at first.
