The atmosphere was comfortable, not like a plastic surgery clinic at all, more like waiting at a neighborhood internal medicine clinic. The doctor was kind, and I asked for several different lines, which they marked out in different ways. Among the clinics I consulted that day, this was the only one that marked both eyes at the same time. I don't know if there was a separate consultation manager, but the desk staff who checked me in handled the consultation, and that person also explained things comfortably. The estimate was also somewhat cheaper than the other hospitals.
