I made a reservation by phone and went there, and it seemed like I was able to go in right away without waiting. Maybe because I got the consultation together with a friend, the consultation time was a bit short, which was disappointing. Still, I felt reassured because it seemed like there was one director who was doing things professionally. The counselor was kind too, and when I said I was getting nose surgery, they didn't bring up other procedures, which I liked.
